You could bowhunt during gun seasons before you just had to weir blaze orange while doing it.
Starting Sept. 22nd is new though and they have gone back to a state wide tag for residents. I haven't seen the paper regs yet just what I got off there web site.
One things for sure though, Read em close they are changing quite alot this year but they do every year.

Ditto what kstrapper says. The regs have changed and it is in our own best interest to be in the know.

The regs sure seem non-sensical. The muzzleloader, firearms, and the special Oct. firearms in Unit 19 all require orange IF you are deer hunting. If you are turkey hunting or upland bird during those SAME time periods you DO NOT have to wear orange. I will be turkey or small game hunting during those same time periods. . .

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

I will be out of the woods or wearing orange during all rifle season. I know some of those guys get a little crazy not to knock on rifle hunters there are many who are extremely good hunters, but lets face it a rifle in the wrong guys hands is more dangerous then a bow.
