I will be switching back and forth between these three. All will be shooting Vapor 4000, 29" with Woodsman 150gr. and Ace 1452 blade, razor sharp.

1. Black Widow 1226, 60"-- #46@28, bear whisker rest. Circa 1976
2. Quinn Stallion  60"  #47@28, bear weatherrest.

3.Trad Tech Pinnacle Longbow  64"  #48 @ 28.

1. Tomahawk Diamond SS 64" - 76# @ 30.  Great Northern Adjustable Quiver.

2. three Beman MFX Classics 340's with 5 gpi weight tubes and WW screw-in BH's total weight 685 gr.

3. two Carbon Express Maxima Heritage 350's with 8 gpi weight tubes and Zwickey No-Mercy RH single bevel total weight 680 gr.

4. Cordovan Leather tab by E. bateman.

5. bluejeans, black hoodie under sunbleached carhardts and my woodland camo boonie hat.  (I may get a set of camo clothes though pending funds).

I can't wait till my moose hunt.  Aug 31st through Sept 14th     :archer:

Elk: 64", 63# T/D BW PL V, home assembled 620-640gr. sitka spruce arrows from Surewood shafts with 145gr STOS
Deer: 64", 63# Schafer 1 piece longbow, same arrows
I rigged up a bow quiver with parts from Eagle flight and Alaska bowhunting co. quivers

Hey what a great list of equipment.

I'll  be hunting  mule deer, elk, bears, turkey and whitetail this year with:  

58 in ss Shrew long bow 55#. Gold tip shafts, 4 4in yellow rt wing feathers and very sharp magnus 2 blade broadheads =  520 gr.

Im shooting a Flatwoods Custom Bows t/d recurve 60" 57#@28" Beman 340 ICS venture arrows 160gr.STOS broadheads with 42gr.adapters.

62", 53@28 Belcher "Longhorn". 29 inch, 500  grain Cedar Arrows with 5.5 inch high back shields and razor sharp Wensel Woodsman heads. Total arrow weight approximately 630 grains. This combination is truly "death on a stick".  :thumbsup:
