I was so proud!
« on: August 18, 2008, 10:17:00 AM »
Saturday my family went to an outdoor flea market and found a guy selling bows. All but one were compounds but he did have a recurve hanging on a hook. I took it down and was looking at it while the seller was telling me what great shape it was in blah blah blah when my daughter asked to see it. After I handed it to her the guy said "Honey bows and arrows are man stuff so you might want to be careful with that longbow." Brittany looked him in the eye and said "This is a recurve and the limbs are twisted." which they were. LOL

Short, sweet, and to the point.  Those are the best ones.  Thanks for sharing.
