I am thinking of taking a short trip to game management area 30. I was wondering what if anyone has any sort of general information on the area and what we could expect to encounter in that area. Thanks in advance

Have you noticed that the times you don't get nothing while hunting, are usually the most fun you've ever had.

Take a trip down State Road 24 or 506 to Pinon, NM and dodge the elk at night!
Plenty of elk, deer and Texans exist in this part of the state during archery and rifle season. (No offense to any Texan TradGanger's!)
