Cutting Carbon Arrows?

How do you all cut carbon arrows I'd love to see pics of cutting gadgets.

I want to switch to carbon but how do you cut the stuff?

high speed saw. it's very important to wear a mask, as the microscopic carbon dust can do serious damage to your health if it goes to your lungs
