The sharpener has just come out.  I doubt if anyone has had the chance to use one.

I have been toting one for about 3 months now. Veryhandy.. It the same old system of flipping a burr back and forth and with carbide on just one side, reshapening is twice as fast now plus IMO easier for single bevel heads.
Aim down your arrow because thats where it's going.

where can get one.  Being sharpening impaired, I'm always looking for another gadget to help with my affliction.

Ed gave me one over three months ago, before Joey got his anyways....LOL.

I have used one on knives by "Sterling" for a couple decades now.  The single bevel one doesn't work as well since one side of the blade slides by like on a track versus cutting on each side on the two-bevel model.

Joey is probably more coordinated than me so maybe that is the difference and why his works better than mine.  Or maybe Ed just gave him the good one, LOL again.

!@#$%^&  Steve Ho..you got the protype! Earybird gets the protype!..seriuosly I cant my blade into the carbide to get it to grab and slide it 1/2 dozen times till i get a burr on opposite side. Then I lightly stroke it off with butcher steel no more than 2 light passess. then leather strop..probably a 3 minute job.. This tool is very handy in the bush. If i'm in the shop , i'll use a KME or diamond stone
