Well, I just finished sucking the meat from the last leg bone. GOOOOOOOD eating, right there. Best prepared frog I ever had. Must've been all that elbow grease.

Next time we hunt there, your up, Ken....

bailebr3,

Yes, it's a Montana. I love that bow. #66@30 inches, and fits my hand like a glove...

Great shot Chris and too funny the video on retrieving it! You'll be taking a lot of ribbiting for months to come!   :biglaugh:

Great job on the shot, the recovery, and most of all, the ethical example!  Next time someone is decrying the ethics of bowhunters, I'm gonna show him or her this video.

(Not sure I would have gone out there without a rope . . .      :help:   )

Great shot!   :notworthy:

I'd like to see someone toss their compound like that and expect it to shoot the same when they pick it back up.  :archer:

Drew,
Eh, hindsight's 20/20. Besides, wouldn't have made for such "memorable" video...

Bill,
I don't have to baby my longbow, and that's the great thing about it. Don't get me wrong, I love it like a brother, and always take the time to care properly for it, but in the field, it gets more dings, scrapes, and scratches than I care to admit. Still shoots like the day I bought it. How I love trad bows...

Eidsvilling,
Thanks a bunch, but there are upstanding men and women on this site that are waaaay better examples of ethical bowhunters. I'm just a kid who wanted his frog.

And Ken,
Thanks again, bro. I'll always be the retriever if I have to. Just too much fun...
