I just could not pass this up. Why am I so weak,LOL

Awesome bow! I understand the weakness but cannot explain it either.. I know what I want exactly have talked to beth about it just trying to get my downpayment saved so I can get it started.

Congratulations on succumbing to your weakness Danny!  That looks to be a good one.

If you need to find a way to fund that indulgence I would be willing to deal for some of those special arrow shafts that you have stored away   :)

I have a burning desire for a few dozen of Mr. Sweetland's finest in the 65-80# range.  I know that is a lot to ask a man to part with but if you should ever be desparate enough please call me first   :pray:  

Congrats again on the Shafer.  Let us know how it compares to your Robertsons.

Danny, great looking bow.  If you want to keep it hidden from the better half, do what I did!!!  Went to Walmart, got 7 cans of that cheap chrome/silver spray paint, and painted all my bows the same color!!!!  MaMa hasn't noticed a thing different!!!!!!  Jim

I saw you where interested in this bow when checking the classies yesterday.........I just knew you where going to buy it from the description of the bow!!

You deserve it bud! As generous as you are,you deserve a treat for yourself once in a while......of course your wife probably thinks different!!

Curt,Buddy, thank you. Yeah, but if she knew about all the bows I have bought and traded and sold she would just shake her head,LOL. I keep them on a low profile, but gets kinda hard when I get more than one in at a time. I think I am done though  :pray:  Got two t/d longbows and this will make three curves I will never part with. We will see,LOL

At least I do not drink or chase other women, hey thats good gotta remember that when she questions,ROTFL

Danny,

I am always interested when a guy says he is done and has some bows he will never part with.  Dal Lowry was famous for breaking this promise    :D   .

I have a Shrew Chameleon t/d and one piece Samurai that I will always have for longbows and my first and last recurves that I will always keep; an early Bighorn and a my Silvertip.

What are your 5?

Yeah, I used to kid Dal quite a bit every time he bought a new bow.

Got one of the first Cari-Bow Silver Fox td's made for me,an Adcock ASC CX aluminum riser td,A Robertson Vision Falcon Creation,Blacktail Elite VL made for me,and now this one. This is My second Schafer, just did not really care for the limb lams on my last one, tulip wood. Looked nice at first but the more I looked at them the less I liked them. Gonna try an elevated rest on this one.

Still got a heavy Brack but I think that will be gone Monday.
