The new black 500's are just a fancy name for the 2016.

Bowmarks - I get 0.441" deflection (26" centres, 2# weight) on my old Gamegetter 1918's.

That equals a hair under 59 pounds. YMMV

The new black 500's should work with a 55-58#@27 longbow??? Shouldn't it???. Need the arrow to be 28-29 inches... Is the length I would like??? This should work out if I play around with the tip weight ??? I hope??
