I take a side quiver and string it up and use it kind of like a back quiver.  This gives me a lot of versatility.

I do not like back quivers because I found it hard to secure the arrows without them making too much noise.

Never used a straight side quiver.  May have to try it some day, but it seems like it might be too limiting attached to one place.

I have used a bow quiver and actually liked it a lot when using a recurve.  Never went there with my long bow.

Side quiver, as I don't like things hanging off my bow.

Early season, I like the backquiver, mine is soft, pliable and quiet.

Rainy weather and late fall...Catquiver 3.5...when doing a lot of still hunting and setting up calling.

Bowquiver...when we are way up the Mtns or gone all day from the truck when I need a large back pack...especially in real cold weather when I pack extra clothes.

I have them all and use a bowquiver most of the time and I leave it on the bow.

I usually use a few different ones.A tube quiver when on the ground and a bow quiver when hunting from trees most times.

I like my quiver on my bow, easy to get to plus you can hide from wondering eyes if they happen to spot you drawing on them.

I use the Adcock/Mantais quiver that Art Vencent makes . Ive tried alot of quivers but this one fits my needs the best as the most versital quiver . I do like the EFA for a bow quiver if I were to use one because it does not change the blance of the bow and reduces bow vibartion . If you have never seen a Adcock/Mantais quiver check out Ron Laclairs web site , thats where I got mine .

Anything that interests you as long as it doesn't mount on the bow.  I've never understood having a bow mounted quiver, and then remove it when you get to your stand. I've used side and back.  Like them both.  Haven't tried a "tube" but they look very interesting.
Shoot strait and have fun!

Homemade back quiver. It looks great, but it's a continual work in progress. I usually carry it and string a boot lace around the top then put foam in the bottom. Stops all arrow movement.

And if that doesnt work or im still hunting close to home I just carry a single arrow. I figure I will get one shot at a nice buck, better make it count.

EFA bowquiver for me. I have pretty much every different possible permutation of arrow-carriage you can think of & nothing beats a lightweight bowquiver. Quiet, doesn't flag game, won't rattle, easy to guide through thich brush, you won't need to check it every 5 minutes to see if you've lost your arrows either. You won't need to move or adjust it to get around. Your arrows are constantly where you need them & it's east as pie to see which arrow you're pulling (how many have pulled a blunt by mistake  ;)  ) Your arrows won't rub together, dulling broadheads & a small bowquiver absolutely will not affect how your bow shoots!
