Rooster, Ringneck....almost the same thing!

I couldn't be happier with how things turned out.  Now Shawn has a truly representative trophy bull from Colorado...what state is next Shawn?

Way to go Shawn-knew you could do it!! Fine bull.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

Thanks guys! I'm still pumped up and will be for a long time. Yes, it was my first trad kill. I sold my wheels on the auction site so I would have to sink or swim. I have been practicing hard with the curve the last three months. No going back now

Real nice bull and a heckuva 1st animal with trad gear!!! Waaaaay to go Shawn!!!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.
