I dunno which way to go......never tried Zwikey or Stos, and I can get a fair edge on Ace, but I want them to pop hair if possible.

out of the heads you mentioned, I've only tried the zwickey and the stos. Both take a great edge, but the stos is easier to sharpen. The zwickey is harder steel.

I mainly use ACE and they are very easy to sharpen and hold and edge better then the Zwickey's.  The Zwickey's sharpen easy but they seem to dull faster then the ACE.  Either way they are all good heads.

The Stos is the easiest to sharpen of any I have ever used.

I found the metal used for STOS heads much harder than used for Magnus head. I can get a Magnus shaving sharp pretty quickly with an Accusharp tool, but I had to take a big mill bastard file to the STOS head (in part to change the angle) before finishing with the Accusharp. Haven't used Zwickeys for over 10 years, but they were always a pain to sharpen, but that is when I used those worthless true-angle files mounted on a wood block.

I love the STOS heads, especially with the tanto tip they are now putting on them. Easy to sharpen. Good flight. They are my go to heads.

I will give another plug for the STOS. I am as sharpening challenged as anyone but I got some 160gr STOS last year and was able to put a very sharp edge on them without much trouble. Very good arrow flight as well.

STOS is my first recommendation for anyone who is concerned about sharpening.  Great heads!

I can get STOS very sharp with just a file.  Hit it on a strop a coulpe times and my eyes bleed looking it at.

I'm using Eclipse and Ace now because I like more steel in the tip, but I have to say those STOS come with the best factory grind I have seen.

Sreiously, I switch broadheads almost every year, because my bear just likes to go over the mountain, I guess.

I've used all those, they all sharpened great and I'd use any of them again.
