I'm planning on going every weekend I can. No matter what temp or weather. With football and school during the fall and wrestling during the winter. I don't have a lot of time. lol

Good ol boy,  It's not all flat here. I just hope I can get used to the small kill zones on those lil deer over there.  :biglaugh:   I haven't found a place to hunt as of yet. I'm looking into some corps areas along the river. I like to hunt river bottoms when I can.

Southern IL at least from Carbondale south is beautiful and hilly... Little Grassy is a great place to go.

I went over to West Alton Mo. this afternoon to check out the area. Looked o.k. but not much sign. Stayed till dark and only saw 1 doe enter the beans, I was dissappointed to say the least. hopefully I can find something more promising. Still felt good just to be out there!!!!

I'm heading up Friday to set the camper up at the lease.  I'll be hunting Wayne, Co.  We've seen quite a few deer so far.  I'm looking forward to it.
