an awesome bowyer
« on: September 09, 2008, 07:17:00 AM »
ok, last may I ordered a sheepeater recurve from Brent Rudolf at Blackmountain bows, well after Brents move in July he told me that he still had to build his new shop and it might take a while to get my bow out to me, but he said since we are both left handed and shoot in the same wieght range, he would send his personal sheepeater down to me to shoot until I got my bow!, how cool is that, thanks Brent and for those waiting on a sheepeater I can tell you that Brent is working hard on getting his new shop built so that he can start bowmaking again

Ian,  I too have a Sheepeater from Brent. Just out of curiosity, what brace height, nock height and kind of arrow do you shoot. My bow has the ratton wrap handle w/ the leather flap rest. I unstrung my bow and don't remember what the measurements were and now I'm having trouble getting it tuned. I sent a PM to Brent but haven't heard back yet. Thanks for any info.
