My New Extreme (More Pics pg2)
« on: February 27, 2007, 01:37:00 AM »
Well i got the call that my new bow was done so i ran over to pick it up. I'm still waiting for my longbow limbs but they should be done soon. This bow is 62" 50#@29" kingwood and zebra riser with bamboo limbs with kingwood veneers. I haven't gotten a chance to shoot it but i love the way it feels and i'm sure it's gonna shoot just fine! A little bit of glare from the flash but you can see them.

Beauty...loooove that zebrawood. How bout some full length shots so we can see the strung and unstrung profiles. You should know better than to post shots of the goodies without the centerfold   :saywhat:

I've been looking these bows over, but not in person.  I believe the next bow I order new or get second hand is gonna be a zipper.  Would love to try one out.  Awesome looking!!

Chad slap some antler bolts on there and you got it aced out.

Very nice! Of course, I'm gonna have to do a safety inspection on it...so, I'll just send you my "goverment" address and you can send it on its way.  How long?  Inspections only take about 3 or 4 years..sometimes loooonger.  So, you'll just have to be patient till it returns your way.   Remember, safety is everyones concern and I'm here to help YOU!   David

Man that's just plain gorgeous! I love the contrast of the two woods and the purplish hues in the kingwood veneers! I just sold an all Kingwood Zipper , but the veneers don't look anything like that. Bob told me that he took the venners from the same piece of wood that he made the riser from, which is gorgeous, but he said for some reason when he cut the veneers thay just didn't look the same as the rest of the bow.

Yours turned out fantastic! Well done!  :clapper:
