Thanks guys! I got a chance to put a few arrows through her today. This bow is 5 pounds lighter than my other extreme and i didn't start noticing any considerable arrow drop until i got past 30 yards. I do think that these 62" limbs are alot smoother than my 60".

Joe, I tried to get some full length shots but i took those pics last night on the conference room table at work! I'll try to get some good pics in the morning.

Curt, I doubt that i hunt with this bow much, but i'll see if i can get a turkey to pose with my other extreme!  :D

Good shootin bud! Does it have a different feel than the recurve (I've shot one of those)? Does the string touch the limb in more than one spot? It looks like it does...around here you wouldn't be able to shoot it in the longbow category.

But dang it's purdy!

Those are recurve limbs on it in the pic, aren't they?

Those are recurve...the LB's are LB's...you can see a profile shot on their website under the 'In Stock Bows' page...I have a set, as well as a couple recurves...Zipper might be the most 'under the radar' bow going.

OOOOOOH, duh! I thought Chad got this as a new longbow...I thought extreme was just his riser designation for the straighter, less deflexed riser. Thought they looked awfully curved for a longbow limb.

So how many zipper recurves do you have now chad?   :saywhat:    ;)

Chad,

You are really making it tough on the rest of us zipper fans by flashing all these new bows at us!

I have to say that bow looks flawless.  I can see that Bill has got it going on now.

I really like the while micarta stripes it makes the flare really stand out.

Can you tell any difference at 50# compared to your other zipper?

Chris

Joe, This is the curve limbs on an extreme riser. The matching longbow limbs for this one aren't finished yet! I think i have 4 zippers now but its getting hard to keep track.  :D

Steve, This one ain't going anywhere, but i will let ya shoot it anytime ya want.

Chris, That ain't micarta. The stripes are unstained maple and wenge. This bow is a little smooter at my 29"+ draw than the 60" is. This one is 5 pounds lighter than my other extreme. I really don't notice any extra arrow drop until i get past 30 yards. I do notice the drop getting worse around 50-60 yards but that will come right back as i shoot it more.
