Hi all, This is a long over due public thank you to a very good friend and a brother! most of you know lincoln farr from martville ny,known on here as linc! well let me tell you that my bro linc several years ago helped guide me back into trad archery, sort of took me under his wing! he had made arrows for me,(which i still use today)he helped me learn to shoot all over again( i shot trad my first 5 years of bowhunting, all self taught)but with lincs guidence i shoot 75% better today than i did in those earlier years! he even sold me a couple of his bows for a heck of a deal! even today,he is now guideing me thru arrow building!!  So my hats off to you linc, thank you for everything you have done for me! trad archery is running thick in my blood because of you,my brother!! NOW WILL YOU PICK UP YOUR BOW AGAIN,PLEASE, AND START SHOOTING!!  JIMMERC

Linc has done so much good around the trad community, that it would take pages to list it all. My hat is off to Linc as well.

How in the heck did I miss this thread!!!

Linc was the first person I actually met through this site. We've been friends ever since. Since meeting him I've built selfbows, knapped points, made trade points, built knives.

I've made the hour and a half trek to Martville. Linc done the same to my house just to shoot bows or the breeze.

He's a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to share it. I miss his build alongs.

I'm with Mike; Linc..... Is one of the best!!!!

Hey Buddy, How's the petting zoo? I have to get down there one of these days. Do you want some more goats? There are some on Craigslist. LOL.

You sure must like the bow I made you, since you had a tatoo of it put on your arm.LOL.

linc, been going out every day, it stands now the grey ghoasts 10/jim 0, crafty little buggers plus i think they all have cell phones and let each other know when i'm coming,  had three shots monday eve at two different greys, missed as usual but got a piece of ear, its tuff when you restrick your self to head shots only and they have to be on the ground also!  I'll give them a rest tonite and try again tomarrow eve!!
