The Prodigal Son Returns.

I got an email from my son this morning telling me how he is tired of having to constantly sight in his compound and to tinker with it all the time. He said he was looking for a recurve to shoot. Funny thing is when I was shooting compounds he started with a recurve. This is the guy who last week chastised me for corrupting my grandson by telling him what a dangerous path compounds could lead him down. This just makes my day.

Isn't it something how stupid we parents can be but miraculously get brain again all of a sudden.
One of the guys in my club has a son that when young would instinctively shoot grasshoppers out of the air with a little red recurve. His Dad was so proud of him he went out and bought him the best compound he could get to fit him. Go figure!!! Pat

Some us us have to travel a ways down both paths before we know which one is the correct route for us to follow.
