New ACS CX OSAGE!!!
« on: September 21, 2008, 08:02:00 PM »
Just recieved my new ACS CX Osage! This bow is all it is cracked up to be!  It is quite/ super fast/ and accurate! I really like it!  I know it isn't a true longbow in the sense, but it sure is fun!  I'm not totally dialed in with it yet, but it is a fantastic shooter.  I'm a big fan of the Black Widow  Bows, but I am being converted by this one! I really like it..  It is 64'  and pulls 51 lbs. @ 28 or about 55 @ my draw of 29.5.  Osage Riser.  It is shooting Gold Tip 5575's 31 Long 150 gr. front/ with arrow wrap/ bare shafting perfect!

Here are a few pics..

Blessings,
Steve

So, did you have to wait until this bow became available or can we order them now?

I thought about some snakes, on it, but I kind of like the black limbs... I didn't think I would, but they are a pleasant look coupled with the Osage... Now I gotta get serious and dial it in!!!
Blessings,
Steve

Nice bow, enjoy.  Osage is the all-American bow material, hard to beat.

Nice looking bow there, Steve.  I like the contrast with the Osage and black.  Looks like you got a winner there.  I'm still leaning towards the "Alcoa Ebony" as O.L. called the alum. riser on my thread...Mike

Steve,

Those aren't the real skins.  They're "limbsations" from Onestringer.
