My new Beeler Bow!
« on: September 24, 2008, 09:36:00 PM »
Here's some pics of my new bow that Dave Beeler built me!
What A BEAUTY! My picture taking does not do this bow justice!
I've really never been this excited about a new bow in a long time. Most new bows I buy or trade up, just end up being the same ol' thing..... but this is really something special!
It cocobolo riser with 4 tapered lams of actionwood and black glass. It has cocobolo treatments about 5 inches long on the limb tips under the black phenolic, and cocobolo on the belly of the riser too!

This skinny limbed little bow is super quiet and super smooth! And Dave is a great guy to deal with! 54@28 and 56 inches long!

Nice bow Bobby!!!!!!

Now you have to make a quiver to match, but you have probably already done that!!

Congrats!

I have heard some great things about those bows, I'd love to shoot one..

At 56"s, is she pretty smooth?

I had a Chek-Mate Hunter 56 that was 51@ 28, and this little baby seems way smoother with 3 more pounds weight.
But it would be hard to tell without a side by side comparison.

But no kidding, this bow amazes me! I draw around 28.5 inches and I can't tell the least bit of stack.

Dave makes a great bow. My 56", my Avatar, draws real smooth and shoots so good I rarely shoot my other bows. Can't go wrong with a Beeler!
