Yesterday I killed a chipmunk at around 10-12 yards with my longbow that I got this summer. I don't have pictures, it was more of an attention getter
.
Today I shot my four hunting arrows, two with Bear Razorheads, and two with Zwickey Eskimos.
These shots were at around 20 yards out of the 55# Bear Montana, which is a great bow, rugged and a great shooter. I didn't want to shoot the deer cause I was worried the BH's would get stuck, but I can hit the deer in the lungs pretty regularly(On good days, or until I get tired and my form gets sloppy). I was pretty happy with these shots, but they could always be better.
But I owe all of it to you guys and gals here on the gang, and my parents and friends. Without you guys I would not be here where I am now, with all of your advice and encouragement.
I think I'm ready for bow season, and I have a feeling it's going to be the best one yet. I love watchin' those arrows fly!
