umm....I'll graduate in May.  And I'm still trying to find a "first" bow.

I'd be interested.

I'm in Murray.

Even after I graduate I'm going to fight tooth and nail to try and be able to use my degree back home.  Which is about 45minutes North of Paducah.  About 10 minutes north of the Eastern part of the Shawnee.

(Edit: New to trad, been shooting compound for almost a decade.)

I'm on the edge Turkey; I live in Cumberland county about 75 miles from Bowling Green. The only trad club I'm aware of is the KTBA and it is really a local club located in Harrodsburg and that's a pretty long trip for me without the benefit of an Interstate. PM me some particulars- I'm interested and think I know others who would be.                    Grant

How far are you guys from Benton?  My bro-in-law and family (wife's sister) live there and he's a refuge manager for the USF&WS on Clarks River NWR.  He has a nice Sky Hawk recurve that he needs someone to help motivate him to shoot.

I wish you guys would get something started in Bullet County (Lebanon Junction). That way maybe I'd have a place to shoot when I go back to see my family.

Grant & Jerry
I'm checking into getting something going around here. I think I know of a couple of places that will let us shoot.
   It will be traditional only.
Main thing would be Insurance!
Anyone info about club Insurance how many menmbers it would take will be a help!

Sounds good Jerry.
We can get 10 members easy. Pm me or call when you find out something.
ASA might not go for a traditional only? Thats one reason I don't go to shoots now, compound shooters take too long..

Hey Warrior- Keep me posted on this idea-I'll be happy to participate. I'll try to touch base with you soon as work, hunting season, and other stuff will give me a little time. Good to see Ragle's post-he might have something there.

I live in Leitchfield (Grayson County) and retired after 30 years of teaching.  Received my BFA and MAE degrees from Murray State Univ. where I chased Land Between the Lakes whitetails with a bow!

Check out  www.ktbaonline.com.  It is your state traditional organization. May lead you to area clubs.
