I just moved here to Joseph Oregon not too long ago and have seen plenty of elk, with some big bulls killed.  I haven't hunted here because I have no clue where to go but I have seen animals anyway.  I hope to find a decent spot in the next year or so.

The region is on the Eastern part of the state and the elk are Rocky Mtn. variety.

This is a great offer and would put my own name in, but wouldn't want it to be seen as a conflict of interest.  The generosity here is simply amazing.

Let me know when ya'al get here and we can go to breakfast or something.

Amazing! Put me in the hat please. Ive always dreamed of hunting elk. i turned 30 last month and have 2 kids under 3. what a chance of a lifetime. whoever gets this will be blessed with stories for their grandkids. very generous. God bless you.

I have never been on an elk hunt and think this would be as good a time as any. As far as being in the best shape of my life, NO, that'll never again happen.
I'll be sretching the 60 mark when this hunt goes down.

I was given a similar opportunity this season. I have a friend who sort of showed me the ropes about elk hunting. What an experience! Never had a shot but it was awesome. Didn't realize I had elk in my back yard practically. DO NOT put my name in for this. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the members of this community for doing things like this and hope the winner has as good of an experience as I had!

this drawing closes on sunday.if you know anyone who is away or gone hunting then lets have some names people...i have obtained some free stuff for the winner also from a buddy who wholesales hunting gear and optics....  :wavey:
