Those were ground/sharpened at Ed's recommended 25 degrees. The tanto tips were sharpened single bevel, opposite from the primary bevel.

We still can't get these out in any real quantities at this point. Waiting for tooling and working the bugs out of system. The ones Scott and Kirk got were the first we sent out. We have also sent out a couple dozen each of Grizzlies and Tuskers, primarily looking for feed-back, which has been very positive. It's getting late for this year but, we will have a good supply of all of these pre-sharpened heads for next year.

Very sorry for the delay, I had really hoped to be able to get these out to everyone a couple months ago but, keeping them all consistent requires a more complex operation than I had originally anticipated.

Beautiful antelope, congrats!!!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Ron, that's a gorgeous job on modifying the STOS. I'm really looking forward to Todd's factory produced, heavier single-bevel glue-on versions to hit the market.

Scott,

Slightly off subject but did you make "Marie" or what brand is she?

Passive decoying pronghorn is a love of mine.

Thanks,

Greg

Thanks Ed,

Tried very hard to stick to your specs with all the heads. I'd like to send you a few for your evaluation. Give me a call when you get a chance.
(your mailbox is full).

Ron, since I'm not able to do much most of the day I've been keeping close watch on my emails. In Box is empty. Did you send that to my Hotmail? The iprimus email might well be full, but I doubt that. Cher sent me stuff from it not all that long ago. Try sending to my Hotmail address.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Sharpster.  I got the knife sharpener some time ago, but couldn't quite get that perfect edge.  Ron saw my post a few weeks back and actually called me twice before I got back with him.  We figured out what the problem was and I now know what "hair popping sharp" is!

If anyone is considering different sharpeners I would recommend the KME just for the customer service if not for a superior product.

  Thanks, Ron!
