Longbow rest

My wife got me a Bear Montana longbow for my birthday last month, and I've been shooting it a bit. It came with a small strip of leather for the rest, and that is starting to wear out. What do you guys use to shoot a longbow off the shelf? I use Bearhair on my recurve, but it looks too big to use on a longbown.

I have the same bow, didn't care for the rest that much. I shoot daily and it wore fairly quickly! I put a good piece of leather on my Montana, attached it with double sided carpet tape! I've tried velcro for a while but same thing, wore out to easy! The leather has been on all summer and shows no sign of wear at all! I also changed out my grip with a leather grip I picked up from Mikes Archery leather, looks pretty good and even feels better! Great bow!

Right now I have some calf hair on mine but I normally use sealskin. Both work, sealskin looks a little better.
