Ghost, 75-80 lb sitka spruce or cedar shaft with a 160 gr head. Start with the arrows full length and shorten 1/2" at a time until you get great flight. You will be over 500 gr, but with your draw, they'll be plenty quick.
Jeff, 50-55 lb spine, maybe a heavier wood like fir or hexpine. I like the heavy heads for you, too. Start with the arrows long and shorten them until they fly perfectly. If you want HEAVY, try the laminated birch from Allegheny Mtn Arrow Works.
For both of you, start with field points, half the set with 160's and half with 125's. See which shoots best for you. The lighter points will help if I judged your spine needs too low. There's a great wood arrow spine chart on the Whispering Wind website. Get there thru the TG Sponsors listings.
