Good Saturday
« on: October 11, 2008, 10:27:00 PM »
I shot a little doe this afternoon. We have been hunting this public land in Isle of White the past two seasons and it finally came through for us. The first shot would have killed it if i would have gavin it a few minutes but since it fell in range i hit it again. Sorry no pic as i forgot my camera and we have to Quarter the deer up to get them to fit into the overly packed canoe.  thanks for reading...Jonathan

The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

A good Saturday indeed. Congratulations.

Owning the best bow on earth is a great confidence builder, and now I`m lost because I thought I had the best bow on earth.  ;)

it took us a year to figure out how to even see one and after 9.5 hours straight in a stand everything came together. The place were my dad and i were set up was overlooking a huge grove of percimons that were just beggining to fall off the trees so it was perfect
