My new Great Northern Bushbow. Feel the love.

Man I love these GN Bushbows. This is number three for me, and I still cannot get over how perfect they are for my sense of what a bow needs to be. They are so smooth, so stable, and so quiet, with a subtle beauty all their own. I really like the grip shape; it feels just right.
The specs are 62", 56#@28", osage limbs with cocobolo Dymondwood.

Jerry makes a fine bow. I just got a new 70" Traditional Longbow from him and Sharon. Gosh it shoots my 725 grains arrows really well.
My heart has always been with the longbow and this new one has me falling in love all over again!

Hey Biggie, I have one of the GN Traditional longbows too. It is 66" with beautiful hickory limbs. It is one of the finest examples of a straight limbed longbow ever, and I have shot them all. Jerry is a wizard.

I never liked Dymondwood either because it seemed fake, but when I got a few bows with dull and uninteresting natural wood, and then got a chance to see a nice piece of Dymondwood in a GN bow, I was sold.

I've got two Bushbows right now; saw that Jerry had a 60"er with pecan veneers listed on the website.....very tempting; don't think he's made many of those.

Yea, there is something about an uncluttered, simple longbow that I find irresistible, and the GN Bushbow does it for me in a big way.
