I got no pictures, but I have spoken to Mike at length, and found him to be one of the nicest, most honest men I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. Fine man.

I'm getting ready to order my wife one real soon.
She wants to try archery(3D)with me.
Any comments on how they shoot would be great.

I shoot Mike's mid-size longbow.  As a lady with a short draw length I tried about everything out there.  Love my Maddog.  It shoots very fast and hard.  It is quiet and they go where I look.  Could not ask for more.  Except maybe a Maddog mid-sized recurve!

Ok-I gave in.  Just put in my order for a mid-size recurve.  I am having rouble with my boy stealing my mid-size longbow.  He is only 6 but pulls it fine at his little draw.  It shoots so much harder than his bow, he loves it.  I am having Mike make the recurve heavier.  Maybe he will not be able to pull it for a few years.  Now I know how my husband felt when I was always stealing his Kota!

Lefty-looks like you have a lefty #2.  My boy came out lefty but seems to be right eye dominate.  No one else in the family is a lefty.  Strange!  If my little girl turns out lefty I might try to get that bow off of you someday.

Katie,
My daughter has Mike's first prototype "Pup" and it is right handed.  We had tested her early at age 3 and we thought she showed right eye dominant.  Later at age five she was closing her right eye and laying her head over the stock to shoot her .22 cal chipmunk.  We retested her and she was a very positive left eye dominant.  We talked to out eye doctor about it and he said that at the early age we tested her the first time, her brain had probably not developed a strong dominance.  So we called Mike and ordered a new lefty "Pup".  Mike was going to swap us even up for the righty, but you should have see nthe crocodile tears, when I told her we were sending her bow back.  It was pretty sad.  We ended up ponying up the money for a new one and just kept the righty.  Worked at pretty good actually.  When ever she has a friend over, we have an extra bow, plus one day she may have a right hand child she wants to pass it along to.  I am left handed and my wife is left eye dominate, so it is working out pretty good.  Take care and keep your family shooting!

Leffy-my boy has been leaning over his bb gun to use his left eye as well.  I tested him again and he still showed right eye dominance.  Not sure what to think.  He shoots great right handed with bow and gun.  He just seems to want to use his left eye.  Maybe because he is left handed?  He golfs and bats right handed, throws a ball and writes left handed.  Crazy!

Lewis -
Mike builds a nice bow.  I have spoken to him a few times.  I have also spoke to some of his customers and they have been very pleased with both the bows and customer service.

Just bought one from him...someone else misfortune is my luck. He had a Prowler II that came in under weight and he said he could get it down to her weight at her draw and made me a heck of a deal on it.

Can't wait to see it.
