Thanks DW I actually kind of have it made my best friend who does not hunt manages 5000 acres on the Flint River near a small town and he lets ME hunt so the competiton is rare although there are a two others hunting this year on a paid hunt but that is like a needle in a haystack and they are required to keep their distance from me as well, with their cannons. So all in all it is a taylor made traditional archery property, but you still have to close the deal, the only possible downside and competition is from the cattle since it is a working cattle ranch, there is nothing more frustrating than have cows move in just before primetime and set up camp grazing under your tree. (AAAAAARGH!) that is why there are no food plots or anything can't possibly fence them all out , but I think I like it better that way, makes a fella hunt harder and smarter.
