Can anyone drop by? Can't spend the night but have never hunted rabbit with my bow, rarely with anything for that matter. Moved up from S. Texas and the weather was generally so warm rabbits weren't edible so my father never hunted for them.

What does a non resident license cost? And is that all you need? Or do you need something like a "Habitat stamp" also like in IL.?

Bona et al----Urgent request for 2 things after the hunt:

#1---Pics and reports just for fun.
#2----Your opinions as to what worked and what did not to make it workable and enjoyable.  Some of us in northern CA and southern OR have been thinking of something similar in the sagebrush.

Thanks----I pray you all have a great time together, with safe travel.

Snow dancer?

I plan to bring something like beans or chili and cornbread.

I would try the coon hunt if someone heads it up!

I will bring a camera and I've been thinkn about a hat (knit style) with a logo on it commemorating the hunt.

Bona,

snow makes trackin bunnies easier, also makes them easier to see

OK. But what does that have to do with dancing?

I invisioned one of you guys in a flimsy costume dancing in the snow like those guys that jump into icy water on Jan. 1st!

Just came back from a short bunny/squirrel hunt. Sighted 3 bunnies, multiple bushy tails (w two missed shots, close but no cigar) and a whitetail doe.
