Well, I think I jumped in with both feet...
« on: November 05, 2008, 08:51:00 PM »
Two weeks ago, I placed an order with Ron LaClair for a Shadow Grey Super Shrew Deluxe 60" 51# @ 28", and today after talking with Arvid, I ordered a Black Swan Grey Diamondwood 1pc longbow 66" 57# @ 28".

These are my first traditional bows, not counting one of those red kiddie bows, that I had when I was 10 years old.

I have two Elite Archery compounds, an Envy and a E-500, which I throughly enjoy, but I also wanted a pair of nice traditional bows too.

I have sent a few posts, and PM's...just want to introduce myself. I really enjoy what I see here on Trad Gang.

Any ideas on arrow brands or setups for these, would be appreciated...

Kevin

I got at least 11 months and a couple of weeks on the Shrew, according to Ron...

But, I should have the Swan in about two months, Arvid has a batch about to be made.

Like me thinking, how can I scratch together enough dough, to order a forward handle Hybrid from Arvid in a month or so....

If you ordered a 66", you didn't order a hybrid, you ordered a Classic. Did you mean a 56" perhaps?
