Hard to put into words the thoughts and wishes I would like to pass along to all veterans and to their families. I have know many who have given their all and still know others willing to put it "on the line". I take my hat off to all the  families of all service men & women - their sacrifices are althought unseen by most are truely great. God Bless..

Hey I was stationed at Ft. Bliss too! Anyhow this is the day to remember and honor those which have allowed us the things we enjoy today. Thank you to all the folks out there doin it for us right now and all that came before.

As I sit in the quiet of "The Bunker" reflecting on my past. Brothers and Sisters who I am Honored to share today with.  To those of us who have WILLINGLY and Unquestioningly given a part of lives. To those that I now only have memories and can give NO MORE.

Yep, I am thankful to your country's veterens, too. My Opa was in Holland, and he couldn't have eventually gone on to meet my Oma, in the Dutch East Indies, were it not for the efforts and sacrifices of your lads (and ours, and the Canadians and British) at places like Normandy (and in the air - Opa really enjoyed the food drops from your Flying Fortresses, as they were pretty-much starving). And I'm equally thankful for what your guys, and ours, did in the Pacific theatre.

Whenever I see pictures of those rows of crosses and stars, particularly those in France, I know that I am here today because of the efforts of those men and those that survived - other folks may well exist and live today whether or not people fought the good fight back then; but not me.

So, thank you.
