selfbow setup ?

Ok....so you have a 46# selfbow.  It is 64" long.  Tell me what arrow set up you would make to have the heaviest arrow with the new EFOC as reported by Dr. Ashby.  Wood, carbon, or aluminum?  And we need  from 26 to 28 inch arrow.
