If you throw your bow down in disgust, you can pick it back up and shoot it after you calm down!

pro: its fun, nothing ever gets outdated, and you can get and excellent trad bow for a very affordable price
CON: getting stereotyped as "one of them mountain men".  you dont wear deoderent do ya?  heh, ya carry a longbow, so that must mean you carry your arrows in a rotton skunk skin quiver.  oh no, here come the traditionalist, get ready for them to bash our modern gear, and watch them act holier than thou.  for 99% of traditionalist, this is not true, but most people think it is.

um, ok, but id rather have friends who shoot compounds and recurves, not ruin the chance to hunt with someone just cuz they use a wheel bow.  i even hunt with a compound sometimes, because my shoulder starts hurting with alot of trad shooting.  but maybe thats my problem.  im not dedicated enough to trad, cuz i am able to carry a conversation on with a non tradhunter

pro, probably will float if I drop it out of my boat going to hunting spot.                                                                                                                                                               Con, probably can't be used                     as an anchor if I decide to stop and fish.  Unlike some other type bows I can think of.

hatch speaks for me as well - just something about getting them in close.

I just love it!
