One bow for One year
« on: November 21, 2008, 03:13:00 PM »
How many of you are capable of shooting just one bow for an entire year?  I shoot one "most" of the time but can't make myself just shoot one.  Any body else in that category of mental instability?

Well, I've only shot one bow sporadically until now (if shooting one sporadically isn't an oxymoron I don't know what is).  I really like the Morrison ILF and think I can stick with it.  I usually say this and then get the itch to change later but I REALLY like this Morrison so it is much easier to do.  It helps to know that I cannot possibly shoot any better with anything else.  But I still look at the classifieds   :D

Is it really possible to have and shoot just one bow?

How about "just one bow at a time?" Kinda limits the debate, though.

I never understood it really.

I have two bows and one collects dust. Haven't shot it in about a year. When I'm getting ready to shoot all I want is my one hunting bow.

I intend to use it for the next 3-5yrs. Eventually I'm going to build myself a real pretty one and then it'll be it for the rest of my life hopefully.

Never saw much sense in several bows. You can only get really good with one at a time.
