Danny, I was shooting my TD RER recurve with the limbs that are about 63 pounds at my draw length. Using 300 spine axis fmj arrows with 295 grains up front.

OK guys I meant to chim in before to add this but...

Well that picture does this deer no justice...what pat didn't say is he is like 7' tall and 220lbs so he drawrfs that deer haha!  I did up a nice euro mount for him the past two days and holding this skull in my hands really showed its true size!  A true beaut!!!  I wish I could have taken a picture with myself in it to show a more "normal" size comparison lol!

Well here is the final product!

way to go, Pat! Couldnt have happened to a nicer fella.

Bring it with you when you come to SC in the spring so we can wrap our hands around it!

Very nice job on the mount Tom. Pat that is a very respectable deer for anywhere. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys for winter bow season.

Thanks for the kind words, guys.  I'm not all that big, but I think the euro mount Tom made came out great.  Ought to turn that skill into a business.  Not sure about the 'nice guy' thing, but I'll take it anyway.
