Have you ever heard the phrase "long time listener first time caller"? Well, that is the case here. I've been on the site many times but just became a member today. I've gleaned a lot of good information from what I've read. I've been entertained while reading some of the interviews and watching some of the videos. I must say to everyone involved, "Well done".
At the risk of boring anyone who reads this I'll add some information about myself. My wife Pam and I live on a small farm in Southern Illinois. We're both avid outdoorsman. I became a trad junkie two years ago. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to share the fun so I bought Pam a recurve. She has become a trad junkie also. She has come very close to bagging her first whitetail but has been unsuccessful so far. Last year my goal was to just harvest something and I stuck a young doe. This year my goal was pretty must the same thing. I've been fortunate enough to put a doe and an almost braggable buck in the freezer.   :clapper:  Glad to be a member!!!!!!

Welcome to you and Pam. Good to have a full frezer, eh.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.
