Have any of you tried this head out yet? It's a single bevel design, but in stainless steel. Looks very interesting!

i haven't used them but as i remember according to dr. ashby vents are a big no no and i don't like how the ferrule fades into the blade. i think it would have the same problem the rivets on the howard hill broadhead. they really hurt penetration on bone which is exactly why you want the single bevel. those two things make me not want to waste the money on that head. jmo

I was looking more at the screw-in model. I see what you mean about the ferrule on the glue-on.

same problems with the screw-in model even has larger vents.
