Was wondering if I built a 10 strand 8125 endless string for my kemph stealth recurve and to try and Quiet ends (Padding) buy possably bradeing wool around overtop of end servings if any one has tryed that and if it would work . as I have been told that adding extra strands ender serving would not work well

I have been using peep sight rubber tubing threaded over the loop and down over the loop serving. I got the idea from strings DAS was having made for the Daala. it works great for me. putting limb savers just at the end of the fades on the limbs helps and does not cost me any speed. I use four string jacks at 1/3 and 1/2 top and bottom. string jacks cost me a little speed but worth it.

Trashwood good Idea mabe heat shrink on top of serving I will try without putting too much heat on it might work I will double serve the center section with .025 or perhaps try diffrent combos to see what fits my nocks I like a loose serving over tight any day with a tied in nock point it works well for me
