huckbuck,

Yep, I think Paul found Lavilin and had it private labelled as Pit Stop.  I have talked to a couple of people it did not seem to work for, but know a bunch of people love it.  It is one of a very few products that works BETTER than advertised for me.  Guess our "chemistry" must be different, somehow!

Thanks guys,I'll give em' all a try until I find one that works for me.I've succesfully used Hunters Specialties soap and unscented Speedstick for years.A friend at work suggested  my body chemistry has changed due to the cholesteral medication I've been taking for the past year.I'll have to ask the doctor about that on my next visit.

None...but I probably already smell like an animal 8^).

Check those ingredients, anything with aluminum chlorhydrate should be avoided due to claims of possible connection to issues like memory loss, Alzheimers, etc.

Old Spice Fresh Scent stick deodorant. I hunt the deer on the upwind side. Works every time.

Old Spice Original Scent stick deoderant.  I can't figure out why, but I had deer within 8 yards of me and not care.  Don't mess with mojo.

You can use Old Spice if ya want. If they get downwind, they're gonna smell you anyway....

I used to try to do the scent free thing, didn't work. Kept my clothes outside in a plastic bag used special soap before the hunt everything I could think of, what did I learn? You can buy every scent eliminator on the market, you can't beat a deers nose. They will smell your nose pads on glasses, your watch band, when was the last time you de-scented and cleaned your watch band. There is always something that will have scent on it. Stay down wind.

I use Degree, although I can't tell if the deer prefer "shower fresh," or "sport" scent.

I have a watch that I only wear when I hunt. Otherwise it stays in a zip lock bag. My wallett gets double bagged in zip lock sandwich bags before it goes in my pocket. I don't wear my glasses when I hunt so they can't smell my nose pads.lol I still swear by Dead Down Wind deodorant. The Arm and Hammer used to be my favorite but DDW remains effective longer. (nut)
