Glass Bow bitin'
« on: November 30, 2008, 11:40:00 PM »
Some 30 years ago, I shot an all glass IA bow.  It now has a few spots w/ very tiny glass splinters that bites ya just when you least expect it.  Tried to steel wool them but they just catch the wool.  Can I cover the bow w/some poly or is there another way to remove them?
Thanks for your help.

Sand the affected areas smooth then finish over it.  Sand with 150 grit.  Poly should work.  Chad
