Hi Dick, I use a skeet thrower that is anchored to the ground. I taped an oatmeal cardboard can to it then I use the two liter plastic bottles, filled with packing peanuts for some weight. This thing will fling them pretty well. You can hook the trigger rope to your foot and that way you will be able to do the whole thing by yourself. Good shooting! Mike

Check the sponsers I think it is Wingshooter that has plans for a thrower. Pretty cheap to make especially if you are a good scrounger. Portable too. If I had the space though I would look at mounting a skeet thrower on a pole cemented in the ground. Some one posted a pic of one a while back you may try doing search for pics.
