Martin Archery Pads/ Rug Rest

Does anyone know where i could order a few Rug Rest/Strike Plates made by Martin Archery? Adhesive back on them???? Thanks

I use them on my Martin Savannah. About a year ago I purchased the ones I have from 3Rivers Archery. They even come with the spacer. Here's the link:

Please note that it doesn't say "Martin" on the 3Rivers site. But I've changed mine a couple of times and I can tell you that it is exactly like the original I took off my Savannah.
