If you're going with a celtic theme and/or a red one, then may I suggest 'Red Branch'?  This was the famous (or infamous) group of Ulster heroes centered on Cuchulain in ancient Ireland.

Well he liked Bloody Marsh and spoke of Scottish soldiers fighting near him, so why not say it in Gaelic.

Going with David Knipes' Clancy theme, how about: "The Red October Hunter".

For those of you who don't get the play on words, Tom Clancy wrote the book "The Hunt For Red October" which was later made into a movie. This is my weak attempt at humor.   :D  It does combine the ideas of "red", "hunter", the opening month of bow season (at least here in Oklahoma) "October", and the "Clancy" idea of David's. DUH -- maybe this was David's idea after all. What say you Mr. Knipes?

Clancy is a name that means "Red Headed Fighter" going back the original idea that they were Irish soldiers.

First blood.  Red mist.  Dead Red or Red Dead.  What ever you decide, I'd like to see how it turns out.
