Between myself and my hunting partner, we have 23 up this year, unless I mis-counted.  It varies according to the deer movement from year to year.

About a half-dozen, plus some ground stands.  Usually move a few as the season progresses and scouting dictates.

None, I had found that keeping my fat butt on the ground keeps me in the wood and out of the hospital.  :goldtooth:

I keep it simple... I hunt one stand located on a funnel or saddle and vary my approach and exit... I may relocate that stand 1-3 times during the season in those locations...  Been working for years...  :)

7 up this year.  I put up around 15 per year in the past, but don't seem to have the time or energy for that many anymore.

I put up 33 this year. As I get older, I keep forgetting where they are so I've GPSed them all.

I have up to 15-20 spots ready to go if I need. Lots of bouncing around public land with some private land sprinkled in between.
Just one more step please!

I set Three this year and I have my climber so that I can be mobile.
Its not the size of the animal you hunt that matters. Its how you hunt the animal.

I use just 2 portables and move them countless times. Sometimes I may only sit in a tree one time. Never seems to get better than the first time in any stand. I believe we get winded or spotted more than we think.
