Its not often that have the special privilige of doing business with someone who cares about what he sells and how the transaction proceeds. To make a long story short a mailing problem looked like it was going to prevent me from getting a set of Frank's turkey antler bolts for my son Luke as a X-mas present this year. These were special in the sense that they would bring back memories of the gobbler he shot here in Pa with his Silvertip. I sat in the blind and watched the whole event transpire. Shell insisted that she send them USPS express so that I would not be disappointed and did so at their expense. Frank's work is an "art" and their customer servie is beyond what should have been done. I encourage all tradgangers who want a custom antler set for their bows to go to Frank and Shell. It does not get any better and on behalf of my whole family I personally thank them for doing what they had to do. I know Luke will cherish this gift long into his adulthood.
