Doesn't surprise me a bit- Merry Christmas Killie from the other side of the mountains.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

Well she's OK, but I'm still waiting for a compillation of her works to read on a day when the weather says "Stay indoors by the fire!"

Way to go, Killie!  And from one self-confirmed, unapologetic bawler to another, let it flow, Gal!  Good emotions and good energy are what it's all about!

Merry Christmas and Wonderous Tidings...

Killy knows that she can pull up a chair, stump, or anything she want's to sit on at my camp fire anytime she wants.  When I first met Killy, my first thoughts were, man you do not want to $#@* this lady off.....and I was RIGHT.....lol. A true and very traditional lady is she and a pleasure to be around.   YOU GO GIRL

Killie really is an example of the essence of Trad Gang, both with her generosity and enchanting writing.  Someday I hope we will meet, but until then, I sure enjoy sharing a fire here with her   :campfire:

She is quite the person, and it wouldn't be the same on this site without her wisdom and often times humorous comments -- ya just gotta love it!

GEeze guys... ya make me feel weird inside...like I'm reading a eulogy or somethin!  :scared:

I dont think I could take a visit to B'more without a Killie Fix! Emails don't compare when ya tease that gal and get the "hairy eyeball"

I know I'm in big trouble when I throw one out there, get the eyeball, and in the background, her hubby, Clark, scooting away in the other direction!   :saywhat:  Ruh-roh

That gal does have a tender heart and a giving nature about her... watched her take a passle of young folks under wing few years back at B'mo and take them woods walks and shared her boundless knowledge of flaura and fauna to fill their heads with the magic of nature!

You go girl! Obviously, you touch a lot of lives in your wanderings... Thanks for including us!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Kathy is a true original, one of the brightest lights here. Love to read her posts for the sharp humour and the thought stirring comments that often leave me with more than a few questions.

Thanks for the help over the years with my questions Kathy. Also, the poem is great. I see the need for a certain picture to go with it.

Great sense of humor and ready to say something nice when everyone else is giving you heck. Always nice to have Killie add to a post. Merry Christmas Killie.
