Hey All, I just came across in the 3r cat an adapter which allows you to glue on to shafts and then use screw in heads, they weight 50grns each, so do you think these would work ok?? durable?? what are your thoughts or expreiences with these?? I like that if i use these i can add more weight and use screw in heads that norm don't come in heavy weights that i like!!

I used them so I could shoot my wood shafts in the DART league. They fit well and were durable for that application.

SAME EXPERIENCE AS OWLBAIT. I THINK THEY ARE UGLY BUT I GUESS YOU COULD PAINT THEM. THEY DO ADD SOME VERSATILITY TO WOOD SHAFTS.

They've been around for years. You can do the same thing by cutting 2" or so off the insert end of an aluminum shaft the proper diameter.
