A special Thanks to Terry Green for letting us all enjoy this great site TRAD-GANG. Also another big,big Thankyou to Bill Langher who came and filmed the entire hunt today. I know he got some great footage!! Alos Thanks to everyone who could not attend but sent stuff for the raffle!! And last but not least Thanks to my Wife(Cindy and Daughter(Nicole) for putting up with me and doing a great job on feeding and preparing the raffle for 83 hunters!! $5300 is over $60 dollars a man and their wa at least 20 kids who attended so it was more like over $80 dollars a person spent on raffle tickets for this great cause!! Thanks to all!! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

Man, what a day!!
Awesome time, awesome people, awesome food...just doesnt get any better than this!
Once I de-thorn and shower, Im falling down...er I mean going to bed.

Cant wait for guys to start posting their stories. Some amazing shots, amazing recoveries....12 bunnies. WOW.

For those of you that werent there....the best part of the day was when the total for St Jude's was announced. There was this resonating thunderous cheer...simply terrific. You knew why everyone was there.

All thats left is to wake up, take some advil, and do it again. Cant wait!

awesome day had by all except the 12 bunnies!!! i tell ya what my hats off to Jeremy who had the most lightning quick reflex's known to man!!! i was walking behind him as we just started to walk to the hunting grounds and out jumps a rabbit right in front of us. said rabbit makes a quick dash and i watched as Jeremy, as fast as a cheetah (heard they are fast!!) steped on the rascally wabbit in mid run and PINNED him to the ground!!! there was the rabbit pinned firmly under Jeremys foot but well alive!! that mas reflexs are quick as a politicians promise!!

I want thank Shawn and all that made this day what it was. I had 3 misses and a bunny run between my legs. Great food, bows to shoot, bunnies to hunt, more food and drink and a great raffle. This was my first time at this event and God willing it won't be my last. Again thanks to all!!! ron w

We are up and gonna be huntin in about 2 hours. We killed 12 yesterday and there was a lot of shooting going on!! We need 6 more to break our record of 17!! We are gonna do our best!! OOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

Congratulations one and all for the generous contribution to St. Jude's! Can't wait to read all the hunting stories that will trickle in after folks get home and band-aided up enough to write.
